Prohibited Content & Conduct Policy

By using this platform (as a Creator or a Viewer), you agree not to post, request, submit, or facilitate any of the following.

1. Illegal content or activity

Content that violates any local, state, federal, or international law.
Facilitating, depicting, or soliciting illegal drug use or drug sales.
Facilitating, depicting, or soliciting weapons sales or instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other dangerous devices.
Content related to human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of any kind.
Solicitation of prostitution or commercial sexual services.
Money laundering, fraud, or facilitating scams of any kind.

Any content, request, or interaction involving a minor (anyone under 18), sexualized or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
Users must be 18+ to create a profile or make a payment. Age misrepresentation is grounds for immediate, permanent removal.

Sharing another person's photos, videos, personal information, or identity without their consent.
“Doxxing” — publishing someone's home address, workplace, phone number, or other identifying information without consent.
Requests or dares that pressure a Creator to reveal a third party's private information.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”) of any kind.
Impersonating another real person, business, or public figure.

Content depicting or requesting degrading, humiliating, or non-consensual sexual scenarios.
Dares or truths that request or depict self-harm, dangerous physical stunts, or acts likely to cause injury.
Content sexualizing violence, coercion, or abuse.

Hate speech or content that attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Threats of violence against any person or group.
Bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment of any user or third party.
Dares that target a specific named third party who has not consented to being involved (e.g., “prank call this specific person”).

Attempting to move payments off-platform to avoid fees, escrow protections, or moderation (e.g., asking to be paid via external apps, cash, or crypto outside the platform).
Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban, manipulate ratings, or bypass moderation decisions.
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit requests, inflate engagement, or manipulate rankings.
Submitting fraudulent payment methods or attempting chargebacks in bad faith after content has been delivered.

Posting content you don't own or don't have rights to use (copyrighted music, video clips, images, etc.).
Using another creator's likeness, brand, or content without permission.

Dares that request or depict self-harm, disordered eating behavior, substance misuse, or other acts that endanger the Creator's health or safety.
Content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm.

Custom (free-text) requests are reviewed against this policy before a Creator ever sees them; violating requests are rejected and the Viewer is automatically refunded.
Reported content is reviewed by a human moderator within [X hours].
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of pending payouts, and/or referral to law enforcement where required by law.
Creators may decline any request for any reason, with no penalty, independent of whether it violates this policy.
